I think it has been answered in the thread but I'm worried about it too. I think the bill also points out what falls under the category for higher education. We just have to read through it thoroughly. I know I have to.

We are still a long way from the final vote. The bill scheduled for a mark up around second or third week of May right after Congress comes from their next recess. After the mark up I believe it will be voted on in the judiciary committee after which it will move to the Senate floor. I don't think this bill will pass before July.

You should be concerned with section 2101 which explicity says : False claiming citizenship falls under 212a 6C... Basically you're covered unless you claim citizenship when you try to enter the US after the date of the enactment of the bill... You're cool. |
