Which page? This means a Dreamer on RPI can adjust to GC on 10/01/2014?

I'm hoping it means that the background checks on the individual have cleared and is not instead referring to the 6 months that they have to come up with a plan to secure the border and whatnot. As for the status, I'm pretty sure they're referring to granting DACA approved the RPI.

But it says that we are inelegible for registered immigrant status?

Question for anyone that has read the entire bill, does it mention anything about spouses of citizens? I am waiting to get my DACA approval notice, filed in November & did bios, but have not heard anything from USCIS. I know that provisional waiver is in effect but we are not wanting to go to Juarez, it's dangerous & expensive with all the lawyer fees. I was just wondering if the bill mentioned anything about family petitions, in case we can't afford for me to complete 2 yrs. of college/higher education. Thanks for any help!

Those people can't get RPI? Family petitions are about 20 years. The person I know has been waiting 15 years... so they can only adjust in October 2014 right?

I'm wondering the same thing and I'm on the same boat except I haven't done my bios

I believe it says you have to be here 5 years and been waiting for the family petition during that time and then you can adjust in October 2014.

But if you are a spouse of a citizen, don't you already have a green card that lasts for 2 years?
