I am finally approved! I had given up hope of getting approved this month...and on Monday @ 9, I received the great news! I should received my work permit on Thursday! I am so excited about my future!!!!!!

App sent - Nov 26
Bio - Dec 28
App transfer - March 19
Approved for deferred action & work permit -April 22

It was transfered from Vermont to Nebraska. My app was transfered after I called customer service. I told the rep I need my workpermit for school. She was nice and transfered it the same day.

Ur time soon come. I was transferred the day b4 u and I got a rfe dated/received yesterday(4/22) got and email today statin i got the rfe on Thursday(4/1 but my status on USCIS never change still at initial review.

Gettin so much different dates from USCIS it's crazy. Called in today and the lady tell me my case is still in initial review(which uscis website still say)and its been looked at now which is not true cause I was issued a rfe on the 4/18. Which I just receive Monday. The rfe letter is dated 4/22 monday's date but my email and envelope sayin last Thursday. Shouldn't the letter and the stamp on envelope say last weeks date not this week or do they print the letters ahead of time
