Yes I saw that. It's great for us. My friend who was granted Deferred Action, went to MDC and they told her she has to pay out of state tuition.

My only options are MDC and FIU at this point. Of course I need to be aproved first but according to the advisor my friend spoke to, even with DACA I pay out of state for MDC and in state for FIU. Are you going to FIU?

I know a lot of you have been commenting on this matter but has anyone been granted in-state tuition so far ? I know all the colleges have their website and say they will but has anyone been granted so far ?
Hello. If you are registered at miami dade college for fall 2013, the college is offering a waiver starting friday 23 just as fiu does to pay in state fees. This waiver is limited for students so go Monday to apply for it!!!!! I hope this help

I really hope Florida as a state begins to grant DACA in-state tuition. Asking us for nearly $5,000 is ridiculous. Even if it isn't in-state, at least reduce the amount because we have all the documents to show we've lived here..Anyway, are there any updates on whether Valencia is planning to change their stance on DACA students? Or Florida as a whole? Where/when do you guys get information about this?
