I was recently approved, I graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, passed the EIT exam and now is time to look for that job. Has anyone found a job yet?

I don't have a job yet or no degree...but as far as I can tell from looking online is that most degree required jobs also require experience in the field or related. I'd say apply for a lower postion in a company that has a job you would like to do in the future. Later you could ascend.

How long ago did you graduate?
Where did you graduate from?

I doubt that you'll have trouble finding a job by the way.

Graduated in 2012, Electrical Engineering am working at Intel. Did your school NOT help you find a job? I went to Oregon Tech Institute which has a history of 90% of their graduates finding a job within 6 months. A recruited talked to me before I graduated, once I was daca approved and had my ssn, I was hired. No work experience just a lot of school projects done.

Its pays the bills
In a lot of engineer fields, most companies wont care your GPA, just your work portfolio (pass works on related subject) and your degree but my GPA was barely a 3

I think it depends thought on what field, for me, people who go after a masters straight from bachelors cant find work and dont want months added to their no work time as companies are wary about people with engineering degrees and no work.

And I have my bachelors, I am also 40 or so credits away from getting a BS in chemical engineering from a different school

If you want to know more about it you can start reading my experience here
