Haha I used to not be a big fan of Pearl Jam...mostly because some annoying know-it all kids I knew loved them and I didn't think Eddie Vedder spoke for me. Also, they were kind of depressing! Speaking of Soundgarden, one of my favorite song from that time is Hunger Strike by Temple of the Dog that had Eddie Vedder and Chris Cornell (who later went on to start Soundgarden for those who don't know) .

Seattle is just an awesome city when you think about it - Starbucks, Costco, driver's license for the immigrants when everybody else was kicking us in the nuts, AND home of great music.

Yes, Depeche Mode is coming to our town this summer but I'm debating...I've seen them 5 times already! The venue they picked while beautiful is a giant pain in the ass and it's in the middle of the week so I don't know...
