Congrats to them as well! It's a big victory now I don't need to worry about cir or DACA not trying to be rude but that's how I feel lol and No I can adjust my status and stay here and get my green card here in the us I don't have to leave because I have 245(I) and that allows me to stay in the country and adjust my status here with out leaving but I have to pay $1,000 in order to use 245(I) which I will.

I know. Our offence was hurt this offseason. Hopefully Jake Ballard can step up and fill those shoes. Or even throw Tebow in at tight end lol.

Oh I see that is awesome!!!! I'm so happy for you!!! Yeah my lawyer recommended that I file for DACA and later told us that I could have filed for my green card already. But what's done is done so we filed the I-130 I believe it's called and I already got approved for it which was way faster than DACA. I don't know why he didn't tell us this before and apparently my application can get expedited because my husband is a disabled US Veteran and we have all the VA documentation and military records to prove it.

I've talked to a lawyer a little bit about this but I forgot most of it lol I've been married to a US citizen for almost 2 years and we have a 3 year old, how would the process work and what about expenses?

Tony this is basically the process you would go through. If you entered without inspection (EWI) which I did when I was only 2 yrs old you HAVE to leave to your designated consulate in your country of origin. Since I'm Mexican that would be Ciudad Juarez for me. But if you over stayed your visa or a stamped passport you can adjust from within the states. There's more to it just ask your lawyer. I can't recall everything mine told me sorry : ) but like I said the link is just a general explanation.

Thanks for the info but do EWI not qualify for the 245? Isn't the 245 supposed to let you stay here? I really don't want to go to ciudad juarez. And what if you are DACA approved? Do you still have to go?

O wow really?! Expedite your application? Like the green card process? My boyfriend is a Us veteran as well he got honorable discharged and he gets VA benefits and he also severed in the military. I didn't know that he could expedite the green card process? Is your bf a LP OR USC? My bf is a USCitizen
