Ive had one with bank of america for quite a while. savings and checking accounts and will be getting a credit card next week.

They asked me for my SSN but I said I didn't have one and they said no problem

That makes sense. I grew up in San Diego and I recall seeing these signs at Wells Fargos that people can send money to their familes in Mexico, and I assumed these signs were aiming for illegals. I think theyre (wellsfargo) pretty flexible with providing help.

NYC is the best, u only need a student ID and a passport , then u can also apply a Credit Card!!!!! without ssn!!!
