Denied, can I submit another application?

Hi, I applied in August, got denied for not proving I live here in 2007 a week ago, when I gave them my school records of that time. Am I able to reapply the whole application since I can't re-appeal?

Did you get an RFE before being denied?

I heard from people on here that you can apply again if you were denied.

I did, we submitted more proof, but i guess it wasn't enough to prove the 2007 part.

What did you send as proof other than school records along with the RFE? And did you confirm your RFE packet was delivered and received by USCIS

u used transcripts to cover up 07 ?

You do have to wait for the explanation by mail...

Now, I don't want to be controversial but if your screenname is your real name, the whole Islamic or 'middle eastern' name may lead me to a conspiracy theory. Just days ago a guy who felt qualified from Pakistan was denied. Can't trust these officers from extremely red states.

yeah i think its him dude , and he did mention his brother got approved so i dont believe thats the case , i just think uscis failed to review his application the right way
