I went in to get my learner's license after I passed the written test on June 25th ( I made an appointment for that) then on 5th of this month I got my license. You can take both tests the same day but you may have to wait if you don't have an appointment. When you make an appointment though, you can only make one appointment at a time. What I mean by that is that when you're making it, you can only choice one option. Just check if you can do both the same day and make the appointment so you're not there for hours.

Yes. I suggest you make an appointment for the driving test for later in the morning like 11 (or later if you want) but go in a few hours early and do the written test as a walk in. You will have to spend a few hours there but if you want it all done in one day that's what you have to do. Make sure you study well for the written one because it'll really suck to go and not pass then have to come back again. If you do all the questions in the back of the book you will definitely pass because they ask the same questions on the test.

Yes, when you take the written they ask if you did it. You either give them a certificate or its send electronically and its not optional.
