So I haven't been active here in a while and I try to read most of the advance parole thread but some of them don't offer the information I need. My aunt is sick and she wants me to go see her. Of course I want to go, she is like a mother to me that raised me when I was little. She is a great influence to me.
I have MANY questions and I would like some of you guys to help me and bear with me.

So My questions:
What do I need to apply for it?

Letter from a doctor there?

Where can I get the application and how much does it cost?

Is it easy to fill out?

What would be the average time for approval?

Can I board a plane from Atlanta to Mexico and then Mexico to Atlanta or I have to go to the border?

For how long can I have permission to stay over there?

Well please help me out to your best knowledge guys. If anyone have any other question add it here so we can get even more help.

Thanks everyone.

I applied for AP on june 20 and got approved on july 10 I asked for 4 months which I did get.. my aunt had surgeries and I wanted to visit her which I will in September first, for proof I submitted a diagnostic from the doctor, ask her if she has one she should have one, I got the documents translated to English on a website just search document translation on google. I also submitted my birth certificate translated to english to show the last names of my mother and grandparents (to show she is related to me), and 2 photos passport... search on google how to fill out a DACA AP request. When you receive the AP document it explains what DACA is I guess is easier for the BorderPatrol guys... on the application I put I wanted a single entry AP for 4 months but you can ask for a year but is up to you.. write a letter explaining why you want to travel, for how long, and explain them any evidence you submit like "I submited my birth certificate translated to english to show my _____ is related to me. (see attached appendix 1).

excuse my grammar

Yes she has a doctor and she said she will ask her doctor for proof. I guess it doesn't take long for approval. How much was the applications? did you filled out yourself.

yes I did myself I paid $360 you dont need biometrics. I guess the only confusing questions of the AP application is class of admission and intended date of departure... class of admission I put DACA and for the date I put between a few weeks of permit issuance.. but the date is up to you. you dont need a lawyer
