Obama can NOT and absolutely is in no position to "help" black people in this case. He is just as clueless about this as we are. You need to get this straight. So why did he decide to make such absurd comments? In order to score bonus points. That's the sad truth. There is absolutely no way he could have swayed this decision because it is not his job at all. On the other hand, it is his job to make policies like DACA and influence new laws like CIR. Therefore, it is his duty to help out illegal aliens like you called them and we are justified by advocating and rallying for that.
