I Called USCIS Center , They Told Me

I Called them regarding my application, as today makes 6 months waiting....

App Received- February 8th
Biometrics- March 19
Initial review- August 8th

And the officer told me that the Nebraska Center Is 4 days behind....
that they are on February 4th Applications....
that it can take a few more days, but depending how many applications,
it can take another month....

Have you guys been told this before......Kinda weird they know what days the service center is on???

Any toughts???

That's lie! My lawyer called back on July 18th and they told same thing like you are telling now. USCIS said they are doing FEB 4th Application now so still same.. IT cant be right.

That sucks to hear.....guess just have to keep being patient

I don't think that is accurate either. I sent my appplication on March 28 and it got sent to the Nebraska center. I received my EAD on June 27. I guess they don't have the apps organized in the order they received them hopefully you don't have to wait too long!

They are just saying that so people stop calling. Nice tactic eh?

The process was going really fast the first months. They were approving people a week after biometrics. Opponents of DACA started complaining about how fast they were approving people. They claimed that background checks weren't thorough. This slowed down the momentum. Now we have people waiting more than 10 months.

Well i think people who doesnt have previous case or are in school got approved fast because those people doesnt have records on file but those who does or previous case takes longer i guess..

You are probably right...I'm 24 yrs old and I sent evidence that I've been in the US since I was 6 months old no criminal record either...hopefully they get an answer soon!
