so i just got my ead and it says i was born in NEPAL but i was born in INDIA!! i applied threw a attorney and i sent in a copy of my birth certificate and passport so idk who made the mistake my attorney or uscis. so how long will it take to get this fixed??

What's wrong with Nepal? nepal is a cool country!. I guess you can use it now while you take care of fixing it, i don't think it would actually affect you, though you do need to fix it.

Did you made a copy of your application? Use your EAD to apply for SSN first, then send it back to USCIS to get it fix. You will need to call USCIS and then summit a new application.

Same happened to me.. From India but mine says born in the USA they should just give me citizenship then no?

Yeah because a US born citizen needs DACA. I remember seeing some earlier statistics back from August-September of last year where they had the different countries applying for DACA and the USA was in it.

Lol was thinking the same thing! Those USA numbers most have all come from mistakes.

I have to admit it'd be funny to take advantage of their own mistake.. Not that it would work, but just to prove a point of how careless they can be. I don't know, apply for Citizenship, and when they ask for proof, show/send them the card they made themselves..
