Did you specify the dates for multiple entry? I am looking to apply as well for multiple entry? Could you share how the letter was written?

I only applied for one entry.

Honestly, I was a bit confused about that part too when I was filling out the application. I am not sure what your reason for the travel is, but for me I applied for work related AP. On the application itself, I just put the dates of my initial travel plans, 9/22-9/28. Though I do not have to be there for that long, I figured in case they only approve a single entry then I should have a few days in case my flight is cancelled or I end up staying at the client site longer than expected. I also provided a letter from work explaining the need for my travel and in that letter it mentions that I will be required to meet with the client periodically till the project is over in April 2014. USCIS was nice enough to take that into consideration and give me multiple entry till May 2014. Hope this helps..

They send you two copies always regardless of single or multiple, but on my AP it says that it is valid for multiple entry.

One more question. Where it says days of expected travel did you add from September 22 to April?
