I think Obama could give us DACA because we're such a small population. 11 million is a LOT for a broken system that has a ton of legal immigrants waiting decades for an answer.
Maybe he'll do it in 2015, but that might screw over the Democratic party for the 2016 elections. Obama is probably trying to salvage his presidency.
I don't think the Democrats want immigration reform either. They need it in order to get votes against "obstructionist" Republicans. So no bill is good for them too.
