Hi everyone!

I finally got my Advance Parole I-512 documents!
I have a question for those who have or had their AP.

First of all, I had some problem with receiving my approved documents back in July.
So I had to apply again, but this time I applied online on September 11. Then on the same day, I went in to a field office with my supporting documents and 2 passport pictures and I walked out of there with my approved advance parole documents in my hands
They were able to do that because they already knew my situation from previous visits.

Now that I look at the two documents I got at home, I notice there is a box on the bottom right corner with "Parole Stamp" written in it.

My question is, am I suppose to have the stamp already? or am I suppose to get the stamp when I return?

Thanks in advance!

Standalone advance parole looks like a letter printed on a 11x8 piece of paper, and yes the slot for parole stamp is empty until you use it.

Where are you going and what's the purpose of your visit if you don't mind sharing?
