you guys, it's the chick that applied for AP online, hahaha, it got approved. you still have to submit evidence and all that good stuff. apply online your own peril otherwise do it the old mail in way.

when I traveled, everything was cool, they smile at you everybody is nice to you and you feel like a star. they just want your passport and ticket but I had to rub my AP on their faces you know when they asked me for my I-94 coz I didn't have mine, I had forgot it on purpose.

coming back and going by customs, then things get heated a bit. but if you are ready like I was, then you take the heat and even wear a jacket. it's just protocol really nothing to be scared about unless you are a mule. I just really didn't care if they didn't let me in, my mind was far when they put me in a waiting room and took all my papers to examine them. I don't even know what happened, I was home sick, missing my original home. don't know how long it took they didn't even ask me any question, I think the customs dude saw that my mind was far am not sure, but my brain was back in Kenya. in fact they almost called the doctor on me, they thought I was sick or something.

so thanks Obama, Kenyans love you so please hand out them citizenships now. and I don't care his daddy is still Kenyan, and his name.

my AP was only for 45 days. I really wrote on my letter that the humanitarian was more for me than for anybody. told them how I miss my birth place, and some story along those lines. but had to submit a doctors letter about my sick grandma just incase. I can't believe I actually got it, I remember my uncle saying not to play with USCIS like that and be serious, but I didn't care. but I send in the doctors note only because of him, otherwise I would never had send it.

also got a transits visa to visit UK, through the British embassy so not bad.

there is proof that you can go to Kenya and back with DACA and AP.

Gone for a while? You've only had your account for just one year.

I am glad things worked out,but I really questioned if you'd succeed not because of being DACA approved but because it sounded like you had a deportation order.

hmmm... I really don't think so. I was treated just like all the other deportation and removals cases through a failed asylum. I was a visa overstay. I tried not to included the previous immigration history with DACA. DACA was my own thing by my self, a fresh start for me after 10 years of in and out of immigration court with my parents.
