Hello,
My mom filed a U-Visa through her lawyer and it was approved.
I did have a few questions, the documents that were approved for my mom were the I-192 and the I-765. Is there no I-918 approval? We didn't get the USCIS case number for anybody's I-918, only the I-192s and I-765's.
Also, its been a week and only my mom has been approved, everybody else's case is still pending.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

If you have a lawyer, it's best to ask them about that stuff. Good lawyers usually keep you in the loop either directly or through their assistants.
