Hey all, I received my confirmation from the Texas Service Center the 7th of August and I just received my Biometrics appointment letter today! (Surprisingly quick!)
I have it scheduled for the 26th of this month and my ASC is notorious for not accepting walk-ins (and being kind of rude in general) so I guess I just have to wait it out. Either way, I'm pretty excited

If you don't mind me asking, what made you wait until now to apply? For me, I thought I could get status through my employer but it didn't work out so decided to try this route ( I wasn't sure I qualified at first either!) .

I wanted to make sure Obama got re elected then I had to get all my proof which took me some time, and being a mom and only having one income at home made getting the money a little difficult I had to save little by little . I'm just glad it's been sent out and soon ill be doing my bios and I guess I'll just have to wait
