What's your immigration history?

Yeah I feel a little bit better now. As long as they are working on my case, it's all good. I just wanted to share with you guys.

You can't tell us your immigration history?

Hadn't seen your message. Came in a visitor's visa at the age of 13, never left the country since the year 2000. Applied through my father for LULAC but got denied. No deportation hearing. As far as lawyers say, that might be extra paperwork but shouldn't take a year for approval.

So you do have immigration history. Well there's your answer why they are holding back your application it's because they are researching all of your immigration history. Hopefully they hurry up with all of the researching.

May be something to do with hearing cause I did not go for hearing and i'm still waiting too.

It can be anything in his immigration history that they found and it's hard for them to process it themselves so now they are waiting for headquarters to give them guidance on how to legally process his case.

Hey guys, so my case is still under review it will be 1 year in december since I applied, I have done about 3 erequest and inthe first 2 they gave me the same answer which was PENDING ADJUDICATION. The last response I got from them this past oct.3 was as follow Based on your request we have researched the status of this case and Service records indicate that we are actively processing it, however we have to perform additional review, which has caused a longer processing time. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from us within 30 days of the date of this message, you may call the customer service telephone number 800-375-5283. And well I have yet to hear from them.. I really hope they give me a response soon
