About how long will it take

Hi my lawyer sent all the paperwork in 10/25/2013 and uscis received it on 10-28-2013. I have no criminal record at all and sent my packet very complete and well done I would like to know about how long will take. I live in VA so I did't have to send it talk crowded ones like Arizona or California.

Hi there Rolando and welcome to DAP. I also live in Virginia, I sent my app on September 14th of 2012, had my biometrics on October 16th, and my approval was on February 6th ( I received my approval letters on Feb 9th and my EAD card on the 11th).

I had my application processed at the Vermont service center, you can find out your service center by looking at your code on the letters from USCIS, the first three letters is the service center.

I don't remember all of the codes but there are four centers (Vermont, Nebraska, Texas, California). EAC is Vermont.

Oh wow same here bro , I sent mine in the 24th this month and according to usps they received it but I still haven't received an email or text from uscis :/ have you?

It really depends some people with no criminal record have been waiting for a year now. I got very lucky and waited 3 months I was approved and received my social last Monday and I already found a job. Be patient and don't stress about it

My sister send her on 9/3 was received 9/05/13 she was just approved yesterday!!!!!! In the other hand see my timeline below I'm still waiting!!
