AP accepted:) Question regarding booking

I just received my AP a couple of days ago and I am trying to book a flight for the third week of November.
I have narrowed down my choices to a handful of airlines, but I was wondering if changing flight in a country other than my destination would be still counted as a visit (to that country where I would have to stay shortly to transfer to another flight) and would therefore affect my re-entry to US (since I did not list that coutnry when I summited my AP application)
It really seems like a stupid question but I am growing more and more anxious as I am coming down with very practical stuffs. And for honestly, the last time I ever traveled was when I was ten yrs old so plz bear with me even if this question sounds totally paranoid.

For uscis, daca applicants are considered AOS adjustment of status, thats what they stamped on my passpport when I used my AP, dont worry...when did you applied?

After having an AOS stamp in your passport do you have a time limit to adjust your status? In other words does the AOS stamp expire?

Can you book a non-stop flight? Itll prolly be safer. Btw anyone know how many times you can travel when you request multiple entries?

This might be a technicality and one you should contact USCIS or an experienced and knowledgeable immigration attorney. The last thing you want is to return only to be denied entry because of a layover. Best to be safe.

Don't mean to hijack your thread, but what about visa overstays? I've noticed the majority of those traveling on AP are EWI. I've always interpreted it, by leaving so they can adjust their status (eg through marriage) without leaving the country. How does this differ for overstays? Just confused on that aspect.

Visa overstays can adjust through marriage without leaving the US. They say AP would actually be bad if you were to adjust to green card (visa overstays)

There should be no problems if you forget to list the country that you happen to land on. They use the information to make sure you're not going to suspicious countries (Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Others...) and staying there instead of going to the country you listed. If it's just for a few hours then mention it only if they ask you about it.

As far as I know if you are in the transit area of the airport, meaning you did not enter the point of entry for that country's airport you are just there for transit; it shouldn't penalize you.

Now I have a question though, say my country have a visa exemption in UK, and my flight were to layover there; Can I leave the airport to visit the streets in London and then come back to the airport to board my flight to the country of destination. Anyone familiar with this please contribute your opinions.

Just my observation here. I see this going two ways:

1) It'll affect you. I guess it depends on how rigid USCIS interpretation of AP is. Since you submit an itinerary before you travel, any deviation from your schedule might hinder your ability to return to the US.

2) It'll have no effect especially because how will they know you left the airport if your country has a visa exemption for a specific country.
