Hey everyone! Is anyone else experiencing a timeline like mine? It will be a year on October 15th!


Date Application Sent - 10/14/12
The Lockbox the application was sent to - Nebraska Service Center
Mailing Method (Express, priority, certified) etc. - Express
Date delivered - 10/15/13
Date acceptance letter of application received -
Date of I-797 C Notice of Action (Application Approved) -
Date Biometrics scheduled - October, 2012
Request for Evidence- March, 2013
Evidence Receipt -06/04/13
Approval - waiting

I have not received my Bio. appointment should I be concerned?

Heyguys just wanted to let you guys know I received my approval letter today in the mail for my DACA!

here is my timeline below:

Entry without Inspection in 1999. High School Diploma . Some College

Sent Application: Express Mail 08/07/2013 filed on my own.

Received E-Notification on 08/13/2013 with Receipt Numbers (LIN).

Received Receipt Notice Form I-797C in the Mail on 08/16/2013

Received Biometrics Letter on 08/26/2013 for Biometrics Appointment on 09/10/2013

Walked In for Biometrics on 08/30/2013

I-821D Approved 10/22/2013

I-765 Approved 10/22/2013

Received I-821D Approval Letter in mail 10/24/2013

EAD was picked up my USPS 10/24/2013 en route to me!

App. Sent 8/7/2013 USPS delivered 8/09/2013. USCIS acceptance 8/13/2013. USCIS text & email 08/13/13 at 11:50pm. USCIS acceptance letters recived 8/16/13. USCIS biometrics appt letter received 8/26/13. Bio Appt walk in 8/30/2013. 821D Approved 10/22/2013 EAD Approved 10/22/2013

whats up jose, hey we have pretty much the same timeline. except that I had to wait for my biometrics, I wish I could have gone sooner, maybe I would have been approved with you lol

The same thing happened to my Sister we called the 800 number and a week later she got her Appointment letter. Uscis recomends that if its 30 days after the received the application to call them. Sometimes letters get lost in the mail.

Thank you! I received my EAD in the mail last Tuesday applied for my SSN last Wednesday and today Tuesday I received in the mail my SSN card.

Good luck and keep positive!

What processing center did you mail your application too?
