I sent in everything that they asked for; I had a 1st rfe because they had in there system that I born in 86 when my husband petioned for me but I was really born in 89. So they asked for BC or passport. I sent them bc, passport, even certificate of nationality just to prove I was born in 89. So they accepted that and sent me a 2nd rfe 3 months later asking me for a proof that indicates I was here before my 16th birthday. I went to my high school and sent them my 9th grade transcript which shows I was 14 and a medical record which shows I was 15. And 3 weeks later they sent me a text and when I checked my case online it said I was denied
I don't the reason yet but whatever it is, I definitely qualify for DACA and I will def reapply.
Im just assuming that they lost some of my stuff and the adjucator just proly didnt see all of my proofs and just deny my case
plus 2 people in front of me were denied too yesterday. Maybe same adjucator; who knows.
meanwhile that I apply again I will start my canadian application to start grad school there cuz there is no way I stay in this shadow waiting for CIR that might pass 10 years from now. Im not getting any younger I will be 24 in december and thank god I already have my bachelor in electrical engineering.

I hate to say it but part of this denial, is your fault. You were not constant with it. Almost as if you rushed it. If I working there I would deny you too. Too much inconsistency here. I recommend you make another out of parts from the old package. And pretend you are them making sure it's fluid and everything make sense.

Yes it wasn't at all. Not one bit. I'm pretty sure in their eyes they saw as making up years. Even if they are official stuff they could its fake stuff but not enough proof. They understand some error but your package needs to be as concrete and fluid as possible. It just flow. You cannot have one thing say something and the other something else

what you mean my application was not concrete enough? and what do you mean by concrete anyway? and who told you i didnt send enough proof? and if i made up the years how could i have all these proofs? medical records, BC, degrees, high school transcripts, i mean everything indicates i was born in 89 so i how a person can even make up those. if u were an adjucator and saw all of those and denied me then i would say u were evil! i mean just be in my shoes. if you dont know anything about my case dont be here telling me that you wuld deny me and that my case is not concrete. some people i know who had multiple misdemeanor got accpeted without even being sent a RFE.

Hey Marie, It sucks you are going through this and as I see you are applying to graduate school in engineering my advice is to try to work out DACA here first? I'm assuming if you apply in Canada, you will be under a 10 year ban the moment you leave the US. I really don't know, just make sure to think of your options well. Best of luck!

Oh Marie I know quite a lot about you. You just told me a few posts again all I needed to know. Can you tell us why in their system they have you born in 86? And no I am the evil one. You need not get mad and frustrated , it seems you are loosing what we call the cool. Look at your application again and try to find reasons why youd be denied. Also can you just paste your index page or whatever that page is showing your evidence in one page. It would help us see exactly what you sent. Also all you did was see a text? Have your check your case status online? You should get a letter stating why you were denied.
