i really need help with lost ead card

my ead card was never delivered to the post office. thre last tracking shows on nov 15 it was to depart sorting facility in mcallen texas. i have called usps since the 15 opened up 2 tracking cases and all i get told is that the mcallen plant hasn't replied to their email. i told by my post office lady she called the mcallen plant and that they told her my ead card is lost. i called immigration and the lady said i have to write it down wait 40 days and then if it's still lost to re-apply for I-765 but i can't cause i don't have the $465 idk what to do anymore.

There is nothing much you can do then and just follow their instructions.

one reason why USPS should just close.

McAllen, Texas ? wow. people steel these kinds of immigration cards/documents so that they can later sell them to people in mexico so that they can cross the border with them.

People who steal those cards dont know that it doesnt work that way.

USPS sucks ass... I've had packages stuck at one facility for up to a month before someone (I'm guessing) found it on the floor somewhere and put it back into place.

i called uscis again today the lady told me to be patient it can take up to 90 days....i called usps they said they still have no reply from the sorting facility in mcallen...i guess i just have to keep waiting :/

keep faith and just hope its arriving a lil late
