So later on today we are meeting with our lawyer to go over our interview process & our paperwork needed at the interview. From what I understand they can request originals of all our submitted paperwork that was enclosed in our packet, but she says they usually only require ur birth certificates, marriage license, and maybe some other things which I can't recall right now..one thing for sure it's gonna be cold as heck up here on the east coast today, but I don't care I'm bundling up and heading out.

Thanks Clarmarks, our mock interview with our attorney went well, but of course we were not a bundle of nerves , the attorney advises us not to be to chatty but answer question concisely ... Lawyer asked several questions ,but you know this isn't an exact science I imagine they have compiled a list from their representation of other clients at their interviews. All officers are different so we shall see today...

CAN U SAY GREEN CARD!!!!!!!!!! I am on cloud nine right now...The interview process was so straight forward, not a lot of questions asked just basics,,ie where did you meet, how long have you been together, each others parents names, address and how did you enter the U.S....he took my I-94 and stamped ADJUSTED on back of it & kept it said my card should arrive in about 2 weeks..GOD is GOOD!!! We are heading out to get white boy wasted ...it still has not sunk in yet..My lawyer was present during the interview process she is so awesome we took her out for a early dinner and really had a great conversation about immigration. Good luck to all my fellow Dreamers gay & straight...I love this forum i am not going anywhere

You are literally a brown folder,he looked at all the files, forms, photo's,tax returns and while doing so he was marking off checks in red ink and also writing on the forms you filed. He would ask some of the questions based on what you provided on your forms we were there for no longer than 30mins. He was really a laid back officer our attorney had him before,so she knew what to expect from him.
