Not really a difference,it seems they might be prioritizing people who maybe at risk of removal before anyone else is how I see it.They are basically saying ICE won't be doing it now but USCIS.This could mean more applicants trying to renew that those who originally applied through USCIS.

I think I am reading this wrong...
Basically it applies for those who were in high school, GED program or vocational school. They just want to make sure those people made progress and not just signed up just to get DACA. I am sure that some people signed up for certain programs just to meet DACA education requirements and later on quit.

You WILL have those few who will try to say that it has taken them 2 years to get their GED...lol

Will we have to do biometrics again? I know they'll do a background check but I mean taking fingerprints again.

I cant find the correct link but I know there is something somewhere that says biometrics are only good for 15 months...When my boss comes back to the office ill ask him where in the INA says it and ill post it.
