Thanks! I hope they do too. I seriously have no idea what has them dragging their feet so long with some cases

What was your issue? Did you had previous case?
I had deporation order in 2009 in absentia. and 2009 is one of the year that was need for last 5 years residense. I think this why it's taking my case longer.
What do you guy's think for not attending court hearing is that why my case is taking longer. or maybe uscis take's not attening court as an criminal?

If you look at the paperwork they've posted here regarding the guidelines the USCIS has to process DACA, basically if you have some type of background flags (immigration or criminal history) you're sent to a sort of sub-committee or whatever, and that along with the time that some background checks and document requests take, is why some of us have had to wait longer.

Hi there, I have been waiting for a little bit more than 9 months now. I sent mine to the Nebraska Service Center, and since my fingerprints appointment I have not gotten any response from USCIS regarding my case until this day. I also want to point out that I had a court date I never went when I was 16 perhaps that's the reason why is taking so long for us now. I'm hopeful to get a positive response from them before the one year mark.

Best wishes!

Is it okay if i ask what your court was for? In my opinion I wouldn't be able to say if missing your court at 16 is the reason for the long wait but it could be. Honestly, the Nebraska Service Center seems to flag any little negative thing on someones application even when its nothing. You've been waiting a long time and I understand your desperation. Just stay positive you'll get it soon. Some of us have been here for a long time. They've already started renewals and we haven't even been approved yet.

You can ask. It won't hurt to ask them. I did mine on my own its pretty self explanatory.

ANYONE BEEN APPROVED YET??

Another month down and still nothing. I'm going crazy here guys. I wish we could do more to get a reply, but no one seems to care enough to help.
