Its not that they are struggling with 2012 request. 2012 requests could be approved as part of the 2013 numbers.

Look at Cumulative numbers. Total approvals divided by total requests is 85% which is not bad at all!!!

500K...I think that's about enough to apply to those visas that want to you pay $500,000 for a business permit to do business in the U.S legally- not sure what it's called.

There were more than 72k applications pending (count me in one of those), that's about 12% of the total of requests accepted, that's still a lot, especially considering how they have been getting less applications and approving more.
