Background check??

My sister has a job in a private medical clinic but she still waiting to get approved for DACA. She made up a ssn to be able to work. She had no other choice to do since she need it the job. Now after a couple of years working there they have asked her that they need to run a background check on her due to the new health-care reform changes (patient's confidentiality). Can she request a background check through the county and the state (Texas). She does have a valid Texas ID. What does the background check shows) by the way she has clean record.
