Pay starts at 15.50 for bilingual speakers and once you become permanent get a dollar raise and once permanent your options are endless you can move up or around the other departments like IT, Direct customer support (dell, HP, Sony, Apple...) School? well High School graduate, A+ certification and some Cisco certifications nothing fancy but i think they definitely helped.
