I don't have DACA and I'm saying it. Put these kids on a bus, send them across the border and let Mexico give them back to their parents.

I do not really understand. What is the point of it? What are the parents/guardians of these children hoping to accomplish? Or are they all orphans coming here all by themselves? How can they be taken care of? Will they be put in foster care? That is not good. I feel for these kids. They are all alone and will probably end up being abused in all sorts of ways.

I like how this piece is in the news room but nobody asks to redirect this topic out because we want to spew out how desperate we are for CIR. You guys are the worst. All your arguments are selfish and only reason you have stated such arguments is because of your own greed for CIR. You say all these suggestion regarding this issue but if you were placed in a situation to act as how you have talked, you wouldn't have the guts. It's pathetic. I am ashamed to even have considered myself in the likeness of you people and I'll be shortly seeking my forum ID to be invoked.

Oh get off your high horse. If you were told that you could have your pathway to citizenship had it not been for these kids, you'd be the first one to yell at them to go home.

You know - these kids are worse than the fuckers from FAIR, Alipac, and NUSA. They waltz into the country, in middle of debate, hurting any chances of anything passing since now far right nuts are given ammo of these unaccompanied minors crossing by the thousands. Remember 2006 where we had people waving Mexican flags on immigration rallies? It's pretty much just like that.

Bottom line: They screw us over for no good reason. They won't get shit out of this all anyways since any law passed will not cover them (senate passed a law with a deadline of Dec 31st 2011).

This is plain and simple exploitation of a little known change in immigration procedures. Not trying to sound hypocritical, but the undocumented that are here now are already having a difficult time and this situation worsens their prospects. Secure the border, damnit!

I truly think it's sad and pathetic for you guys to sit behind a computer screen and speak all this high and mighty crap against another wave of immigrants like yourselves. I've devoted most of my life to helping those less privileged as well as devoting my life to the service of others as a nurse. It's sad to see that employment authorization has given you the right to point the finger. There are plenty of people in this country who are fighting to get rid of each and every one of us. You've just joined that hatred. Instead of saying how awful these children are, we need to learn the facts and see what can be done to fix it.

They have the mentality of "Well I have mine so fuck you!"
