It says on the i765 form #16 "who may file form i-765" and it is asking to read the instructions on the website.

I am renewing for DACA and im trying to stay consistent on what my lawyer filed on my initial application. He put in

( C )

( 33 )

My question is... i know what part "C" means but i do not know what "33" means? Also, can i use this same reason to get work authorization?

It's hard for me to understand this part.

So i choose C 33 (is this what you guys chose also?) and i guess i must prove that i have economic hardship? I guess this is where i-765ws comes in.

So my initial application my lawyer put
Current annual income: $3,600
My current annual expenses are: $12,924
Assets: $0.00

at part 3 he put:

My current income is based on $300 monthly income based on self employment doing computer services repair for individual residential customers.

My monthly expenses consist of the following:
350 rent
200 food
100 clothing
70 phone
167 school expenses
30 gym membership
40 personal hgyiene
40 entertainment
80 transportation

1077.00 total monthly expenses

(this is my initial application that was granted)

Now that i work for sprint and making about 27,000/yr how can i show that i will be in economic hardship?

What is hard about this part? Just put (c)(33)( ) since that is for DACA. Read the instructions.

Just say you need to be able to continue working to support yourself. The expenses prove that.

I hope I don't sound naïve or anything.

But the I765 WS, seems like just a formality.

I got my initial application approved and all I did was put my yearly income and whatever I had saved in my bank, simple as that...didn't even write a note or anything saying I needed to work, as I figured that much was obvious...lol...

That is exactly what it is. I-765WS is like a way for USCIS to cover their backs. It is 100% formality. EVERY sane working adult in this country needs a freakin EAD. Everyone has bills.
