Sure proof for 2009 and court disposition for driving w/o a license. I was under the understanding that traffic didn't matter guess I was wrong.

I got the best news on Saturday, My husband was approved!!!! It only took 7 days for approval after they received his RFE response.

6/5/2013 application sent (used attorney) Nebraska
6/12/2013 letter for biometrics received
7/3/13 Biometrics done
5/6/14 RFE issued
6/13/14 RFE response received by Nebraska (text at 11:30pm)
6/21/14 APPROVED!!!!! (Got the text on Saturday at 12pm EAD and 1:45pm for 821D form)
1 year 2 weeks for approval

Just got a text update for my work permit but decided to checked I821D and this is what I found !!!!!!!

On June 25, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I821D Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Funny thing is that I checked the uscis page last night around 9 pm and was still on initial review but just got the text right now and card went into production ( no text update for I821D)
