Can I ask what college in TX are you talking about? It seems that they all take different approach. Also, are you in state in TX?

I went back and looked at the options again. The correct choice is Freshman, U.S.. Almost all apps are sent through applytexas.org. If you want to receive in-state tuition then you'll have to get the Residency Affidavit notarized.
