Is the front and back of the EAD really necessary? I know it's dumb and no excuse, but my sister moved twice in the past two years since receiving EAD and apparently lost hers, her renewal time is coming up and i'm wondering if it was ok to send her I-797 forms and other forms of ID (State ID, Passport, etc.)? Thanks for any info/help that can be provided.

Go to Wallgreens or CVS or something, get ur picture taken, passport size (2x2). So that's why they're called passport photos.

Copy of EAD and passport photos are a requirement in the form guidelines but doesn't specifically state it for our renewals. Better to have it, but it should be okay if you didn't, they already have you in the system.

It says to provide it, so if you have it you should. If you don't, make sure to provide the piece of paper that came with the EAD that can be easily detached.

It also says to show proof of the i765 being approved, but doesn't specify with what. I think instead of the 797C's you should send a copy of the approval letter (not sure if they are also 797C's)

So when i applied I used one of my last names only on all my applications example : Maria Suarez but USCIS changed my work permit to my full name on my birth certificate Maria Suarez Mendez. SHould I apply with the second full last name since i know im suppose to write the same thing i wrote in my first application WHich was Maria Suarez?

I would tell you to use the one you'd prefer to use to fill out the renewal, but like last time, I'm sure USCIS will decide which one will be your name in their system. I'd advise you to include your full name as a "aka" so they know what names you've used
