While I for one saw his little stunt as nothing more than him trying to get something out of it (he says he had no idea a border town would have border patrol? lol), he has done a lot of us in one or another, at least more then than you and i, I think its more than fair if he gets a 4 year permit. But I doubt it and at most, he will get 2, and if he does, it would open up new discussion on what the agecap should be. And if that gets attention, who know, maybe DACA will expand its age limit.

I would do something similar if my outing myself didn't affect my parents. But moves like those would put my parents at risk.

I think it was a publicity stunt.. Jose Vargas has done a lot of questionable things in his past, using a fake SSN card, trying to silence other voices, just to name a couple...

Does it really matter man? What will be taken away from you if he gets a 4 year permit? The original 2 year DACA that we're enjoying was achieved mainly by older visionary and activist Dreamers like Pacheco and Vargas. This is the truth man. He deserves a green card forget the EAD. Hell just make the guy a citizen, I would have no problems.

What fake SSN? We already talked about it but Youre still insisting his ssn number was a fake. He out a sticker in his car that said he couldn't work. That was it.

He's squelched other people when they tried to use the word illegal immigrant instead of "unauthorized." I see that as opposing freedom of speech or freedom of language. Look at the interview he had with Lou Dobbs.
