Can you please update Alexander? thank you.

good news, but not entirely jump in the air type. God is good.

What is your timeline?

California is a very FAST service center, my case was in Nebraska then got transferred to California service center. In total it only took 3 months and 16 days to get approved! I'm glad i didn't have to wait the full 6 months! if you have past immigration history (deportation procedings ect ect) or Any type of criminal history than prepare yourself for a longer wait. it could be from 6 months to 1 year. good luck!

Thanks Alexander I appreciate it... But no I have no immigration history, I came legally to the states when I was a child, and I don't have any criminal record either. So I'm good in those areas. so I hope they can approve me soon, hopefully I don't get to wait the 6 months or longer periods. Also when I get my biometrics appointment I will try to do a walk in, hope I don't get rejected at the Asc office..

Then you shouldn't have a problem getting approved before 6 months. usually when you have a pretty straight forward case it takes less time.
