Did anyone that didn't get it on time lose their job? What did you tell your employer

My boss' boss called to my office mid of the day and told to go home. Then my boss called my cell and told me to stay in touch and bring my renewal ASAP.

Same here. IM going back as soon as my new permit comes in. It all depends with your relationship with your employer.

Well hopefully they allow me to come back. So did you have to quit or got fired or just took a leave of absence? I'm not sure how to approach the situation. I have a supervisor but technically I work for a big company. Do yall think just talking to my supervisor is sufficient?

Do yall have any idea if not getting the permit renewed on time affects us in any negative way in the long run?

Well I got terminated after 2 weeks but they said I can have my job with my same pay once I get my permit. I work for a big company in their industry. I told the ceo and the general manager. Like I said it depends on your relationship and for that I'm really greatful.

I called uscis and they told me they are barely processing files received on August 17. So even if I had turned my application on the first day of my ideal time frame it would of still not been reviewed on time!!! This is so frustrating they said it will be 75 days before they get to my case.

They telling you what the website states, which is august 16. Wait a few days their going to update the times in a few day's. It should jump a few weeks. IF you want more of an accurate time ask to speak with a level 2 rep

Just received mail conformation that my case was received on January 28. Long way to go!
Didn't get an email or a text, I wonder why.
