Cherry im at 120 days now, should i attempt at expiditing, my ead expires march 28th i believe, is it too early to attempt?

You should give them a call And ask them when can you expidite. I wish I did my expidite more early Beacuse of that I got suspended from my job Hr wont let me come back until I give them my new card..

don't loose hope people. i just got my case approved today. i didnt expedite or called congressman, i just did old fashioned waiting. B4 ead expired went to hr office n told them the situation. she called uscis for me and tried everything but no solution. Hr lady told me that i cannot work past 18th but if i do get renewed in 30 days past 18th i can come back and i will still b able to keep my benefits and seniority but if i dont get it within 30 days i will loose all the benefits. They will still hire me back when ever i get approved but with a clean slate. So i worked till the 18th n hoped i will get ead approved soon. i was told to call hr as soon as i get renewed. so i will b calling them monday morning.

My 2 cents worth advice is talk to your hr (one who handles EAD/work permit or someone in that department) be honest, be open they will try to help you out as much as possible and will try to find a solution if they can. It costs more to replace a new employee so its in their best interest to keep employees. And people who are or are planning to work with a expired EAD, i cant tell you what you should do but what i can tell you what i did.

Congrats!! Oskiieo. Also does it seem to any one else that they are processing the cases based on propriety? I was told by uscis that it's first come first serve, but I see that some people are getting approved earlier even if they filed after

I am under high stress for this renewal. Mine will exp on 19th. I am starting to panic.

I got aproved yesterday (Feb 26th) my permit had expired on the 14th. Nebraska sc
