my application was delivered on 3/12 and was transferred to Nebraska service center. Hopefully, I will get approved sometime this week or so.

Hey we have a pretty close time line! I'm also waiting for approval as well.. Received March 17, got notice of receipt on March 19th... I'm reading that recent applications have been approved around a month, so hope we both get an approval! Will you be adjusting status after?

I have a a question. My husband has daca and just got approved for advanced parole today! We are ao excited. However, the excitement quickly left when our lawyer advised him against traveling with advance parole. He stated that he might be indamissable under INA 212a9c because he came here ewi in 2002, and left back to mexico in 2006 and came back shortly after. So he has 2 illegal entries. Is that really a big deal? Do you think that dhs will overlook that? We really want to travel so that he can be paroled and we can apply for adjustment of status.

Has anyone had any success with calling to request to expedite their AP case? My case is for work related purposes, but my boss only gave me 5 weeks notice so I am cutting it close (40days before i travel). I got the receipt notice today, but when i called USCIS they told me they cannot expedite DACA AP cases???

i just applied for my husbands advance parole(humanitarian-granadfather)
