Nebraska Service Center

Anyone still have a renewal pending there? why are they so slow when it comes to daca? I filed June 19 2015, did bio the month after, and its still pending. i look at the processing time and they are still working on cases from may 4th. ive been out of status since the 27 of September. i have no idea how im gonna pay rent this month... but that's just the beginning of my problems.

I would call them if I were you.

Renewal Received : July 17th
Bio : August 3rd per Appointment letter
Approved : October 6th
Delivered: October 12th

Hmmm similar timeline to mine . Hopefully I get approved soon , need it to start school

What service center did you get approved from? This cant be from NSC.


Edit: I just called and they gave me the same generic answer that they are delayed.

This is due to an ongoing labor dispute with the contractor the govnmt uses to process petitions.

Wow thank you so much. this sucks! hopefully this gets resolved, i have one more month until my leave of absence from work expires, then im officially fired. its crazy that we pay $465 to just be a low priority.
