I wouldn't even risk going out of the country unless it was a necessity, like you needed to visit a dying parent. Otherwise, I just wouldn't bother. There are plenty of places to visit in the US that most of us have not even seen.

Its not just about visiting for the pleasure of seeing your old town. Many people using AP are doing it to clear their EWI to with inspection. If they ever get married to a USC, itll be much easier with it

Oh, wow...so she didn't get off scotch free. if this gets a lot of publicity she may just get off.

Look at the Vargas case, I read somewhere that he deliberately went to a border so he would get taken into custody & Because his case was so highly publicized he Got DACA even though he wasn't qualified.

He didn't get DACA. He got regular Deferred Action.

So would it be possible to get regular DA if DACA is cancelled? I mean since we're kinda like Vargas.
