Where/when in the process do you get the access code to make an account online?

I've been at my job for 3 years and cannot imagine what will happen if I do not get the paper on time. i don't want to go back to how it was before working as a nanny. This is so stressful.
Don't worry too much, they appear to be getting through the cases even though it is slowly. Just spoke with a Level 2 and apparently there is obviously a backlog. She said they are getting through the applications, but it is going to take time. I assume this is the reason why they changed it to six months for renewals.

Hello everyone, You guys rock and are awesome. You all have been a source of strength and
support during my difficult days of delay. EAD expires 7-23-16. FYI as of 7-14-16 they had processed the last application dated 2-4-16 that is 160 days.

The processing time from the last Nebraska table is actually as of 5/31/16. They POSTED the table on the 7/14/16. It's a bit of a lagging indicator. By that estimation, it's 117 days.

Yeah, I concur. Based on the message, it looks to have been approved as of 7/15 (or perhaps even earlier since there may have been some lag in the communication.) Based on your timeline, that's 102 days.

Congrats!

You right, that's what it's supposed to be, however when I spoke with Tier 2 officer they explained that the important date is up dated as of 7-14-16 at the bottom corner of the table.

Noted. There seems to be a lot of conflicting information though being given out by the officers. I understand that they post new processing times around the middle of each month, but they are still listing the "as of" date as from the previous month.

Again, those times may fluctuate wildly. Historically, approvals have come in waves.

I have a receipt date of 3-21-16 with NSC, bio completed 4-13-16, as of today just waiting. Expired on 7-23-16. I had read some one is waiting with receipt date 7-9-16...

Just spoke to a level 2 officer. I'm part of the 8/17/16 expiration (I think we must be the largest block since we applied on the first day). He was pretty empathetic and said that since I already submitted a service request online, there was not much to do since the system would not let him submit another request. He told me not to worry since there was still time, and that my service request had a target response date of Monday, August 1. Most importantly, the person handling the service request will be the same person who is handling my case (I didn't know this), so hopefully I will get some sort of REAL update. Scheduling an Infopass out here in LA is a total joke; the calendar is so full it's not even available.

Thanks for passing along this information. Was your service request done via the 105-day e-request mechanism?

Good luck and hopefully you will hear some good news come Monday.
