"There are certain factors that will likely lead to a longer processing time for
your renewal application, including travel under advance parole and new arrests or
criminal convictions. If you traveled using advance parole or have been arrested or convicted
since you first got DACA, you should apply for renewal about 150 days before your DACA
expires."

Does this apply to anyone facing a delay?

Hey guys, I had to make a new profile, this is my third renewal and my ead expires 9/6. its about to be 1 month after my biometrics and I am so frustrated with whats going on because my friend that I met on this site (that no longer visits) told me his timeline...

He applied 1 week before me, (last week in may) and got his ead in his hands end of june! I am not joking about it. And his ead expires in october so he was upset that it cut his time lol

We both have an "easy" case and so do many of us here so why did he get his so soon and not some of us?

also, i am trying to log onto the new account site for uscis but it keeps forwarding me to the old one after i put in my secure 1 time password. whats up with that?

praying everyone hears good news soon.

i made this account just to be able to say that this timeline thing doesnt make sense after seeing his process.

Did he show you proof of this? The website is down and has been since friday afternoon for some unknown reason.

Oh nice, I guess what I am getting at though is if you saw the EAD yourself or if he sent you proof that he had it. Seems strange someone got approved so quickly. But if he did then I have no idea what is going on; some people barely got approved last week and they had applied in March and April.

No I havent applied for AP or gotten any criminal convictions. Sent my app in 150 days before expiry date and on day 116 right now so they might still pull through

If your DACA ends with a 123, your EAD will end with a 124. Don't add 1 at the end of the number, but add 1 to the actual number.
