Well this week has ended and no approval. Now it's 100% certain that I won't get my card before 9/4 so time to contact HR I guess

When you click on the contactus.. you should see a message a the top and you can access it through there. That's the only way I know how to? XD

Yes, you don't see a message on top? The one below.

We see that you are signed in. Click here to visit the new account inbox where you can send secure messages to USCIS about your case being decided online. To get started you’ll need to link your USCIS account, if you haven’t already. Get started (Note: Cases being decided online usually have receipt numbers that begin with IOE. For technical support with your online account, please use the form below.)

Mmm, interesting. I don't see that. When I clicked on Contact Us, it automatically redirects me to that page. But when I get to that page, I automatically get signed out.

But I discovered you can access it via clicking on Help as well on the left panel.

I do not think it is recommended to contact HR is it? If you do not have a notice from them asking for documents by the date.
