Can't even expect these people to update an address correctly...now I have to schedule another effing appointment 14 days out to correct their mistake... |

It's 180+ days in processing in order to do an i 821-d service request.
105+ days for i-765.
You can try calling and filing it that way but if you submit it for i-765 they'll just reply back saying that they're waiting for your DACA case to be decided.

Request another one if you do not hear back within 30 days afterror
Also time is based when uscis received your application
