I talked to a Tier 1 rep, and I could tell she wasn't going to transfer me to Tier 2. She kept saying that it doesn't show online...The last time I talked to a Tier 2 was when they sent me the wrong notice that I didn't need to do biometrics LOL. I kept all of the wrong notices they gave me and am planing to file a complaint (if there is a way) after my renewal. It's pretty ridiculous.
