Based on your screenshot, I am assuming I am approved as well. I wasn't sure why it still said "in process."
My Timeline:
Application Receipt: 4/12/16
Bios: 5/4/16
EAD Expiration: 9/4/16
Approval 9/8/16

After this is done, I'm consulting attorneys to see my options of AOS through marriage to my USC gf. My complication is I'm EWI and I have a deportation order in absentia. Didn't go to court when I was 12 way back in 2000. Honestly, didn't know I had that order until last year. |
